New look, same personal service
You may have noticed that InRoads has a new look. We hope you’re enjoying it as much as we are! Rebranding InRoads Insurance was not about cosmetics. We really wanted to better reflect our values and what makes us different in the insurance marketplace.
First of all, your brand isn’t just your logo and colours. It’s everything you do, from the way you’re treated on the phone or when you first walk through the door, to every touchpoint in the experience. At InRoads, our goal is to make it personal and professional.
Our new brand emphasises “IN” because we’re IN the community. We’re IN Milton. And we’re IN it to provide the best insurance options and advice possible for our awesome customers. We think our new symbol is pretty cool too. The letter “N” is subliminal, meaning there’s a hidden letter “N” inside the letter “I”. It also serves as a stylized “talk bubble” to represent our commitment to communicating with our valued customers. At InRoads, you can always speak with a real broker. No “bots” allowed!
We’re doubling down on staying in touch with you too. We recently launched the InRoads Insider, our quarterly newsletter that offers the latest news about insurance changes and tips to help you manage your insurance needs. A great brand can also inspire the people it represents, so we brought the new InRoads into our workspace too. Check out the clever use of our symbol inside our office. We hope you like the new colours. Inspired by nature, they are intended to be pleasing to the eye – blue from beautiful Lake Ontario and yellow from our sun. Anyone for a sunny day at the lake?
